Chronically Simple operates on a subscription model with optional monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions, granting users access to premium features. Charges are applied to the iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase, and users can manage their subscriptions and disable auto-renewal via Account Settings post-purchase. Premium features include monthly expense tracking, expanded symptom tracking capabilities, and integration with the Apple Health app for comprehensive health data management.
